  • What are your office hours?

    Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. For urgent care needs outside these hours, please call our emergency line or visit the nearest urgent care center.

  • How can I schedule or cancel an appointment?

    To schedule an appointment, please call our office at (689) 265-3263. If you need to cancel or reschedule, kindly inform us at least 24 hours beforehand.

  • What should I bring to my first appointment?

    Please remember to bring your photo ID, insurance card, a list of current medications, and any relevant medical records. Arrive 15 minutes early to complete the necessary forms.

  • Do you offer telehealth services?

    Yes, we offer telehealth consultations for certain conditions. Contact us to determine if your needs can be met via telehealth or if an in-person visit is required.
